CallSelect360

Accessibility

Our commitment

CallSelect360 decides who gets to take the next step toward a 9-1-1 career. That job is open to people with disabilities, and the assessment that leads to it has to be too. We treat accessibility defects as product defects, and we publish where we stand rather than describing an aspiration.

Where we currently stand

We are evaluating CallSelect360 against WCAG 2.2 Level A and AA, Revised Section 508 and EN 301 549. Our conformance report will be published here once its findings have been verified and signed off. Until then we make no conformance claim.

Reporting a barrier

If any part of CallSelect360 is not usable with your assistive technology, tell us at accessibility@pss360.net. Reported barriers are triaged against the same list our conformance report is generated from, so a report from you changes the document as well as the product.

If you are a candidate and a barrier is getting in the way of your assessment, you can also contact the agency that sent you the test link to ask for an accommodation.
