Multitasking under pressure
Interruptions, priority and response timing
While a candidate works, radio updates and waiting calls break in, the way they do on the dispatch floor. The candidate picks the service and priority, or the call to handle first, then gets back to the task. Every assessment except Typing includes them, and they are reported separately from the main scores.

Your agency sets the rules
Your standards. Your settings.
Every center hires differently. Managers set the times, the weights and the pass marks themselves, and every candidate keeps the rules they were tested under, so changing a setting never changes an earlier result.
Time limits
Choose how long candidates get for each assessment, from a short screen to a longer look.

What counts most
Weight each assessment in the overall score so the result reflects the skills your center values.

Interruptions and priority
Add radio updates and call-queue decisions during the assessments to see priority judgment and response time. Switch them on or off for each candidate.

And you see how the test was taken. Results show the time each candidate was given, note when a candidate left the test page, and keep a recording of the scenario call for you to play back.
